Patty Bailey
Chief Executive Officer

Patty Bailey is the CEO of PeakTPA (previously Peak Health Plan Management/Peak PACE Solutions), a Tabula Rasa HealthCare service, where she provides strategic leadership and operational planning. She has more than 30 years of experience in managed care systems, including hospital, nursing home and Program of All-inclusive Care (PACE) settings. Bailey has comprehensive experience and knowledge in key areas of health plan management, especially Part D, CMS compliance, reporting and accounting functions. Prior to joining Peak, Bailey served for eight years in various accounting and compliance roles and for two years as Health Information Management Director at a PACE organization. She co-authored the primer on risk adjustment available through the National PACE Association (NPA) and has presented on the topics of health plan management and risk adjustment at NPA conferences and workshops.

Jennifer Hodge, MHS
Director of Technology and Client Development

Jennifer Hodge is the Director of Technology and Client Development for PeakTPA. She has more than 20 years of healthcare experience, including 17 years with TriHealth, where she served as General Manager of its Third Party Administrator (TPA) division, Tri-State Benefit Solutions (TBS). Additionally, she oversaw all technical aspects of TBS in their Information Systems area and was an IT Manager sharing in oversight of all TriHealth applications. Hodge joined PeakTPA (then Peak PACE Solutions) in 2017. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Xavier University along with a Master’s In Health Services Administration.

Erica Leiter
Director of Plan Analytics

Erica Leiter is the Director of Plan Analytics at Peak TPA and is responsible for Accounting, Enrollment & Support Staff.  Prior to joining Peak, she served as Financial Reporting Manager for Volunteers of America (VOA), where her responsibilities included consolidation of all VOA National Services entities financials, detailed oversite of financial operations for a PACE plan in North Carolina, and preparation of Medicare and Medicaid Cost Reporting.  Erica has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance.  She specializes in automation and process improvement.  Prior to VOA, Erica served as Assistant Controller for Border Foods, Inc.
