Tina Farrar
Senior Director of Operations

As Senior Director of Operations for PeakTPA, Tina Farrar is responsible for oversight of claims, enrollment, client services, call center and configuration for all clients. Additionally, she ensures all Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and state regulations are met daily. Prior to joining PeakTPA in 2021, Tina served as Staff Vice President, Claims, for Centene Corporation where she directed operational processes, including claims adjudication, payment integrity and financial analytics, and oversaw a team of more than 300 associates.

Tina is a graduate of Buffalo State College in New York. She is a certified Independent Adjuster for Accident and Health and holds Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt certifications.

Chris Ok, MBA, PMP
Director of Provider Network Services

Chris Ok, PMP, is PeakTPA’s Director of Provider Network Services. Chris is responsible for overall configuration and the provider network.   He joined PeakTPA in March 2021 with 18 years of experience in healthcare, including five years of configuration and provider network experience. Chris previously held leadership roles at Evolent Health, Emblem Health, and Horizon BCBSNJ, where his responsibilities included oversight for care management applications.

Chris has a BS in Biomedical engineering from Boston University and an MBA from St. Peter’s University. He is a certified Project Management Professional.

Allen Chrisman, MBA, CHC
Director of Compliance

Allen Chrisman joined PeakTPA as Director of Compliance in April 2021. In this role, Allen is responsible for overall compliance, auditing, encounters, and risk adjustment. Allen brings to the role 14 years of health care experience and nine years in health plan compliance. He previously held positions with IngenioRx as Director of Pharmacy Compliance and Humana as Medicare Grievance and Appeals Operations Manager.

Allen is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington and Columbia Southern University, where he earned an MBA. He is certified in Health Care Compliance and has a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Erica Leiter
Director of Plan Analytics

Erica Leiter is the Director of Plan Analytics at Peak TPA and is responsible for Accounting, Enrollment & Support Staff. Prior to joining Peak, she served as Financial Reporting Manager for Volunteers of America (VOA), where her responsibilities included consolidation of all VOA National Services entities financials, detailed oversite of financial operations for a PACE plan in North Carolina, and preparation of Medicare and Medicaid Cost Reporting.  Erica has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance.  She specializes in automation and process improvement.  Prior to VOA, Erica served as Assistant Controller for Border Foods, Inc.
