Tina Farrar
Vice President, Third Party Operations

As Vice President, Third Party Operations for PeakTPA, Tina Farrar is responsible for oversight of claims, enrollment, client services, call center and configuration for all clients. Additionally, she ensures all Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and state regulations are met daily. Prior to joining PeakTPA in 2021, Tina served as Staff Vice President, Claims, for Centene Corporation where she directed operational processes, including claims adjudication, payment integrity and financial analytics, and oversaw a team of more than 300 associates.

Tina is a graduate of Buffalo State College in New York. She is a certified Independent Adjuster for Accident and Health and holds Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt certifications.

Nancy Griest
Director, Implementation Services and Reporting

As director of implementation services and reporting for PeakTPA, Nancy Griest oversees new client implementations, software solutions vendor management, and operational support—including reporting services, access management, provider and member payment solutions, and Tabula Rasa Healthcare systems interface.

Before joining PeakTPA in 2020, Ms. Griest was director of provider data management for Optum. She also held leadership roles at TriHealth as director of revenue cycle and financial applications, Brown & Toland Medical Group as vice president of IT, and First Consulting Group as senior manager of managed care consulting.

Ms. Griest received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Northwestern University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Jill Oakes 
Senior Director, Third Party Operations

Jill Oakes is Senior Director of Operations for PeakTPA where she oversees claims, client services, call center,  and configuration for all clients.  She has more than 25 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining PeakTPA in 2021, Ms. Oakes was director of claims for a New York-based health insurer, where she managed all aspects of claims operations. Previously, she was director of information technology and human resources at Odd Fellow and Rebekah Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in upstate New York.

Ms. Oakes is a graduate of Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.

Erica Leiter
Director, Accounting and Analytics

Erica Leiter is the Director of Plan Analytics at Peak TPA and is responsible for Accounting, Enrollment & Support Staff. Prior to joining Peak, she served as Financial Reporting Manager for Volunteers of America (VOA), where her responsibilities included consolidation of all VOA National Services entities financials, detailed oversite of financial operations for a PACE plan in North Carolina, and preparation of Medicare and Medicaid Cost Reporting.  Erica has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance.  She specializes in automation and process improvement.  Prior to VOA, Erica served as Assistant Controller for Border Foods, Inc.
